Carly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families across New Jersey.  She offers a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy tailored to your unique needs. Carly supports clients across a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, marriage/relationship conflict, family conflict, communication, trauma, grief, affairs and self-esteem.  Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, Carly draws on her clients’ strengths to help them achieve their personal goals and enhance their mental health. In therapy, clients learn to communicate more effectively, manage conflicts with greater ease, and foster deeper connections with themselves, their partners, and their families. Carly understands that everyone faces challenges in life—and she is here to help you navigate yours.
